I have been practicing yoga for over 18 years and have been continuously expanding my education since 2007. To me, yoga is much more than just movement. It is a method to connect body and mind, promoting long-term health, stability, and inner peace.

What still fascinates me about yoga today is not just the practice itself, but above all the feeling afterwards: clarity, presence, and a new energy that can be accessed at any time in everyday life. Through conscious movement and breathing, thoughts come to rest and the body finds strength.

Yoga has also helped me personally in a very profound way. Due to hypermobility, unstable joints, and chronic tension, I came into contact with yoga early on. Through a powerful, muscle-building practice, many of these complaints have improved sustainably. This experience shapes my work to this day, showing that yoga can be individual and adapt to real physical needs.

In addition to yoga, the topic of nutrition has been with me for a very long time. My own intolerances led me to explore nutrition early on and ultimately to train as a nutrition coach. During my pregnancy, I deepened this knowledge with a focus on nutrition during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and complementary foods. To this day, I enjoy supporting people in finding a practical and meaningful nutritional structure for their everyday lives.

Looking back, I was probably always a doula at heart. The well-being of women, especially mothers and expectant mothers, has always been of great importance to me. Since I lived in Spain for a long time myself, my heart beats especially for this country, its culture, and the Spanish language, which I love dearly. It is therefore a great pleasure for me to offer my support fluently in Spanish, in addition to German and English. Today I combine my experience from yoga, nutrition, and doula training to support women in various phases of life in courses, groups, circles, and in individual one-on-one settings.
