About me
Yoga is for everyone

I have been practicing yoga for over 18 years and have continued my education since 2007. For me, yoga is much more than movement
- it is a method for connecting body and mind and for supporting long-term physical and mental well-being.
What continues to fascinate me about yoga is not only the practice itself, but also the effect it has afterwards: clarity, presence and renewed energy that can be accessed in everyday life. Through conscious movement and breath, the mind settles and the body regains strength.
Yoga has also played an important role in my own physical journey. Due to hypermobility, unstable joints and chronic tension, I found my way to yoga at an early age. Through a strong, muscle-building practice, many of these issues improved sustainably. This experience still shapes my work today – yoga should be adaptable and responsive to real bodies and individual needs.
Alongside yoga, nutrition has been a long-standing focus in my life. Early experiences with food intolerances led me to train as a nutrition coach. During my pregnancy, I deepened this knowledge with a focus on nutrition during pregnancy, breastfeeding and early complementary feeding. I continue to enjoy supporting people in building realistic, supportive eating habits.
Looking back, I have always carried the heart of a doula. The well-being of women, especially mothers and mothers-to-be, has always been close to my heart. Today, I bring together my experience in yoga, nutrition and doula work to support women through different life phases, in group settings, courses and individual one-to-one support.
